If you’re selling, buying or leasing in NSW and the property has a swimming pool, then you need a Certificate of Compliance issued by a licensed E1 Swimming Pool Inspector. 

National Pool Safety can inspect your pool and once compliant, issue you with a Certificate of Compliance which can then be passed onto your Solicitor or Real Estate Agent to form part of the Contract of Sale.

Pricing

Express inspection (inspection generally carried out within 2 working days) including certificates and/or notices, as appropriate: $895 (plus GST).

Standard residential inspection (inspection generally carried out within 7 working days) including certificates and/or notices, as appropriate: $595 (plus GST).

Spa inspection only (Spa with lockable lid) including certificates and/or notices, as appropriate: $295 (plus GST).

Re inspection: $295 (plus GST).
