National Pool Safety can inspect your pool and once compliant, issue you with a Certificate of Compliance which can then be passed onto your Solicitor or Real Estate Agent to form part of the Contract of Sale.

Pricing

Express inspection (inspection generally carried out within 2 working days) including certificates and/or notices, as appropriate: $695 (including GST).

Standard residential inspection (inspection generally carried out within 7 working days) including certificates and/or notices, as appropriate: $495 (including GST).

Spa inspection only (Spa with lockable lid) including certificates and/or notices, as appropriate: $295 (including GST).

Re inspection: $250 (including GST).
